I just saw the controversial remark senate President Godswill alpabio made about suicide. 😭 I am depressed, I am at the office, this morning I was thinking of seamless way to take myself outta the world but none is coming up. At some point I was like God what if pole hit me or car crash or this building collapsed (I said oh it’ll hurt people inside). I don’t want to be here. I feel so Alone. I don’t want to be a burden, that’s all I feel each time I want to reach out to anyone. Mind you, No one can guess my state of mind.
