It’s past 1am and I can’t sleep due to this man that always turn our neighbourhood into a party ground. He built the house to sell but since he couldn’t sell it he now uses it as an event centre. This happens mostly on weekends, we have complain yet nothing has been done. I think I will report to LASEPA.
