I’m 5’7, 61kg on a normal day. When I’m in a high stress situation, the type that borders on depression I always gain weight even if I’m eating less during that period and always in my stomach and thighs. It happened when I was studying for my waec and dropped off when my stress levels went to normal same as during my jamb and post jamb. So when doing my final year project and got lumped with a problematic supervisor the weight came back and my boyfriend didn’t know how to adjust and made passive aggressive comments till he broke up with me using stupid reasons which added to my stress. 3 weeks after defense my body went back to normal and good riddance to that stupid boy
