I and my ex girlfriend dated for more than 3 years, we broke up about 2 weeks ago and I can’t seem to move on. Before we broke up I found out she was already dating another guy while dating me. I’m so attached to her, she’s always on my mind and she told me to move on cause she has moved on. I need help on how to detach myself from this feelings, thanks.
