Is it a red flag when a guy who claims that he likes you feels comfy telling you how he is broke and starving? Especially, in the talking stage where he’s expected to be intentional about impressing you. Makes me wonder the aura I’m subconsciously giving off. I don’t want to assume that it’s a tactic to condition me into accept the bare minimum this early. Although, that’s what my gut instinct is telling me.
