I’m writing this with a heavy heart at 1:50 a.m. because I’m facing the consequences of not listening to a warning that has been repeated to me every year: never share what I’m using for myself with anyone, no matter how small it is—even if it’s just a pin. But I kept sharing with my siblings because they couldn’t afford those things, and I had enough. I believed they could never hurt me because they’re my family. Now, I’ve gone from 100 to 10. I can barely feed myself or even buy little things for myself anymore. It feels like I’ve transferred all my blessings to them. I don’t like borrowing money, but now I can’t stop borrowing just to survive. One of them even joked to my face, saying, “You used to have more money than me, but now you’re broke, and you look rough and dark.” That really hurt. I just want my spark back. I feel like I’m losing my mind. Has anyone ever gone through something like this. How did you recover. I really need guidance.
