I have a small business it was good early this year but things started to slow down and I’m working on a few changes internally to address the bottleneck. Thing is I have this staff that I can’t justify any longer, it’s like I’m paying for the activity not the outcome because he’s good at what he does but there’s no result. I gave him a goal to get 1 single potential lead this month, not even a sale just a lead.
