This X trend on parents ‘bully’ made me remember my mom. Although she didn’t exactly hit me just minor slaps and knocks but for the longest she called me ugly. She constantly told me that amongst all her children, I was the ugliest. My siblings are all fair and i’m the only ‘dark’ one and I look exactly like her 💀. It messed with my confidence a lot and I still find it hard to take full pictures. May her soul RIP. And nope, i’m nothing close to being ugly at least not now 🫠😂🤍
