I’m 20 and my boyfriend is 25. We started dating last year November, we’ve had romantic moments together apart from sex because I’m a virgin. We’ve only met 3 times, I haven’t seen him since January. Our relationship has been off and on because of his stinginess. He has only given me #20k since we started dating which was last month. I’ve taken him on a date once and he has also done same once too. I’m a student in 300lvl, my dad pays my bills but I want to work because I need money to start my bakery business. My dad said he will start the business for me after I graduate but I want to be independent before i graduate. I decided to do ushering job because it won’t take my time as a student and I want to save money to start bakery business but my boyfriend refused. He said the job will introduce me to certain lifestyle, he also said men will be approaching me and throwing offers on me, that he will breakup with me if i start working as an usher. I told him that he has to start a business for me if he doesn’t want me work as usher but he refused. He said i should learn tech instead but i don’t have any interest in it. He said that it’s not his duty to open business for me.
