I am an empath and also an emotionally intelligent and sensitive person. I’ve been with my guy for about three months and I struggle with being seen. I can feel that he loves me but he has a complicated way of expressing it. He hardly reassured me, he just doesn’t reason on the same emotional level as me and it makes me overthink. When I speak to him about it, he makes me feel like I’m not appreciative of his efforts.
