Please, I’m typing this in tears, how fast can I get over a guy. He knows I want to get over him and he’s not helping matters. I have a job but I only go once in 2 weeks, my job is a seasonal one but my salary is okay so you guys should not say I should focus on my job. I was told it’s a bad thing to delete numbers but that’s how fast I can heal. I’m going crazy, I showed this guy true love, he will never ever see someone to love him truly like I did. It’s just one week and I saw him in church today and the sadness flew in again

Journal your thoughts, cry, yes, cry o. Release all the pent up emotions and feelings you’ve suppressed.
Talk to yourself, tell yourself to hold on, that this too, will pass and you will be fine.
