My advice: Perish that idea and stick with your boyfriend. If you can do 5 years, you can definitely do eternity with him. No one needs to spell it out to you that the new man you want to move to, does not see a future with you. If you can leave your boyfriend of 5 years for him, what’s stopping you from leaving him (your new man) when next you think you’ve found someone better?
