How do I get rid of small insects in my kitchen, I clean up regularly and my house is very neat but I always find tiny insects in my kitchen. I try to wash my dishes immediately I use them and I still find them around. I don’t want to continue using insecticide cause it might be harmful to my food. They’re extremely irritating and they make my skin crawl. Please help
