I have an issue, I find myself unintentionally glancing at a lady’s cleavage or breasts when I’m talking to her. It’s a struggle to maintain eye contact, I think my eyes have a mind of its own because when I make effort to maintain eye contact, they end up going down to her cleavage. This behavior makes the person I’m talking to uncomfortable, especially when I notice them adjusting their top. I’m not sure what to do about it.
