I had the most traumatic experience last year towards the end and it lagged on and hunted me till earlier this year. I got dangerously depressed and almost ended things. I thought I started getting better but I’ve only just realized that the year is coming to an end again and I’m getting triggers. Even nightmares. I’m not close to family, I don’t have any friends and therapy is highly expensive.
