My girlfriend just told me she needs a break. Please what does this mean. What am I supposed to be doing while she’s taking a break. I’m confused, I feel like nothing good comes out of taking a break from a relationship

From indirect experience, nothing good comes out of a break. It usually precedes a breakup. I have no idea why she requested for one but the first thing should be finding out why. She should have told you but if she didn’t, ask. If she gives a reason, you can begin from addressing the reasons. However, if she doesn’t give one, my opinion is that you don’t hope for the best. You could end up waiting for a comeback not knowing you never had a chance and she just wanted to let you off easy. Of course, i could be wrong but you’d know what to do. Cheers bro.
