I’m a very beautiful hardworking girl but I snore a lot while sleeping both in the daytime and night. I’ve tried everything possible but no improvement, cut down calories, stopped alcohol and I’ve been exercising but still same thing. I think it’s getting worse

  1. Believe me it’s not a bad thing! It’s either genetic or that’s how you are, I’m the same way too. I’m a guy of average height and body size, I play soccer every Saturday and monday evenings, I walk over 30 minutes almost every weekday but I still snore, no surprises there tho my dad does. So don’t even think about it

  2. Try the hospital. There’s a medical condition attributed to excessive snoring. Your case might be a medical condition
