I had terrible toothaches for years and I was so ashamed when a dentist I met just charged #1k for check up. I used to think it was unaffordable. After years of pain. Treatment itself is more expensive but if #20k will save you from years of pain please look for it. You don’t have to see a fancy dentist too. Tooth aches aren’t jokes. Some toothaches can make someone suicidal without exaggerating.
