I stay in one of the Lekki gardens estate ,I have a neighbor on my right ,While the one on the left hasn’t moved in…on the right ,It’s a family of four and I’ve tried to get close to the wife but it doesn’t seem to be happening. I’ve tried eavesdropping, sneaking on her through the windows to know more about her. but it’s not working ..What to do???Her husband has a strong strict face too..
