My boyfriend dropped me at where I made my birthday nails, I called him to come and pick me up when I was almost done, he got there and left me stranded because I didn’t come out on time, he promised to pay too but didn’t, I ended up paying for our pedicures and my nails. He hasn’t spoken to me since then, am I not the one who’s supposed to be angry? My birthday is tomorrow and I plan on breaking up if he doesn’t apologize.
