Been having dysuria for roughly a year now. Peeing is a nightmare. Am about to give up on life. I’ve had too much antibiotics already and they don’t even work anymore. I did HVS MCS and gram positive cocci and klebsiella spp showed up. Don’t even know the next step to follow anymore.
