I took a decision to fix my sexual life. I successfully abstained for 11months.(which is the longest I’ve stayed away from sex) but it seems like my urges are heightening by the sec😢. I’m currently undergoing therapy. I try praying, or occupying myself but it doesn’t help. I got an orgasm yesterday without being touched. How is that even possible??
