Battled with extreme mood swings and depression for years which cost me my relationships, job, friends left me. I just couldn’t control my emotions and felt I had lost at life. I was finally diagnosed with Bipolar 1 Disorder a month ago and started treatment and therapy. Although it’s a long road, I feel so much better and motivated to pick up the pieces of my life again.
