It took me a while to say this but I’m addicted to masturbation. I really want to stop. I’m good looking I have a girlfriend but I just don’t know why i always do it and I feel it’s really affecting me spiritually. I can’t tell any pastor so he won’t use it to preach for church or tell someone because some of them Dey misbehave. I just need advice on how to stop and please don’t just say pray and it will stop I’ve tried that.
