I started blocking friends on my WhatsApp contact list that their lifestyle use to send me to depression when I watch it. I’d unblock them when my life is better than it is now at least. Don’t wanna do comparisons with their lives but my mind makes it subconsciously and I really can’t help it. I’ve been fighting depression for years, I don’t wanna fall into it deeply because I might get lost. Taking care of my mental heath matters to me so blocking them temporarily it is.
