I have been in a long distance relationship with my girl for the past 2 years, of recent her ex came back from Malaysia and they have been hanging out together and it makes me so uncomfortable. I want to raise my concerns but i don’t want to come off as insecure yet i keep having sleepless nights over this. She has told me many times that they are just friends. I love my girl a lot and i value my relationship.
