I finally had the courage to let everything go.
I realised i am no longer in love with him and him too ain’t no longer in love with me.
The truth is, i spent 365 days pleasing him (even though i did most of the messing up and he was always the first to apologise).
Yet i have fallen out of love with him and i don’t feel pain or loneliness.
Truth is i don’t know him, thought i did but i realised i have never truly known him!!!
I don’t want to ever date or fall in love with someone like him. For 2021 i have decided to stay single until the next year.
