I had plumbing issues in my apartment so i asked my neighbor to help me call a plumber. After he did all his inspection and he said he’ll email me the cost, I knew there will be problem. He even emailed the cost in pdf format and I’m in a state of shock by the amount. I’m waiting for my neighbor to come back home so that she can define the person she introduced to me.
