I hate the fact that when I talk about how I feel and what I don’t like , people always assume I’m getting angry or I have mad anger issues . All these things get to me and make me feel like I can’t talk about stuffs freely without feeling a type of way . I just want to know if I’m the only one with these issues. It also make me feel like I’m a really difficult person . When I talk it’s a problem , when I don’t talk it’s another problem . I’m so sad 😞

  1. Then, don’t let yourself feel that way. We can’t control what other people say about us, but we can control how we’ll react. Don’t rent them anymore space in your head. Be yourself. If they don’t like it, that’s their problem.
