I met this guy through one of his female friends. At first the guy was saying that I’m out of his league and was scared to talk to me but his friend encouraged him to try. We’ve known each other for a while now and he asked me to be his girl, I agreed. My problem is…. he’s Yoruba. I’ve been hurt by a deceitful Yoruba guy in the past and it’s making it hard for me to even believe that this new guy will be faithful. We hung out yesterday and made out. We didn’t have sex but i humped him until he came. Afterwards he asked me if this changes anything between us and I said no. He said he really wants this to work out between us but I don’t know why I feel that it will end in tears. My sister thinks I should keep my options open. There are no red flags yet.
