Today is my birthday and not even my family remembered , talk less of my friends . Should I try reminding them or should I just let it slide and forget I wasn’t celebrated by the people who claim to love me?!

Happy birthday! And I’m sorry to hear this- I’ve experienced the same. There’s nothing wrong with expressing that it was your birthday to them. Maybe it genuinely slipped their mind, that happens to me sometimes
