Since primary school, i’ve been an A student but my mom has never for once appreciated me. I’m in my final year now with a CGPA of 4.33 and yet i still get insulted for the littlest things. I was prepping ingredients for fried rice, i had brought everything out except chicken, when she asked i said I’ll bring it out and her response was ”opolo e ku” (meaning ”your brain is dead”).
