So, I’ve been a CSR for the past 4 years and recently resigned at my workplace for personal reasons. My current financial situation is not good and I’ve been applying for other jobs, especially those outside Nigeria paying in dollars, but I haven’t gotten any interview opportunity. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. I also feel like this moment could either make or mar me. I’m in my early 30s and I’m concerned about the growing AI trend. At this point, I don’t know if I should keep doing CSR or change to a tech career path that aligns with future job market needs and provides good earning opportunity. I’m really anxious at this point.
