I and my Male friend (both single) have been planning a trip to Dubai for four months now. We were to split bills and just have a good time there as friends. And I honestly mean as friends, nothing more. I introduced him to one of my friends and they’ve been talking. He then called me last .week to cancel our trip because he’s now in a relationship with her. Initially I was happy for them both but then again, I start to think where he places me in this friendship because I was willing to risk my job and ask for a week leave so we could go for the trip and he couldn’t even wait till next two weeks when the trip would have been over to ask my girl out. Mind you, she knows we’re really good friends since university days so it’s not like she’s suspicious of us. Is it bad I feel this way
