I’ve had a career break for 2years now, childbirth and a major surgery. Going back into work force has been difficult, salary offers have been very poor. Is it bad that I turn down poor offers when I’m worth more. Imagine earning #150k with 5+ years experience when I earned same amount in 2022. Or do I just take it. I’ve tried to upskill by taking some courses, but I can’t assimilate, lack of concentration, lack of zeal. I’m just tired, it’s like I’m just going backwards in life when my counterparts are moving up.
