Working as an intern and still earning less than #100k in this company for almost 2 years now saddens me. I actually love and enjoy the work even tho it stresses me out sometimes but it feels like my hard work is never enough. I just pray a better opportunity comes by cause I don’t know how I will ask for this increase or promotion.
