I’ve always had more than a passing interest for making money legally in the digital space. In 2018, I offered my writing/publishing services on the side on Fiverr, while working as a church admin earning N25,000 although I didn’t take the writing/publishing seriously, I surmise that ignorance played its part in that. Fast forward to 2020, a new pastor (he eventually became my defacto godfather in PH) was transferred to the branch and he increased my allowance to N50,000. I still didn’t take my digital publishing seriously, I guess I was just complacent with the $10/week I was seeing then. Fast forward to 2023, yet another pastor got transferred to the branch, a month later he had to harmoniously relieve me of the role. A month later September 2023 or so, my godfather offered me a new role to manage one of his and his partners new outfit in PH, total salary was N55,000 but unofficially my take home hovered between N65,000 – N87,000 monthly because of the fringe benefits. So, I was back to coasting again. In hindsight, I think salary basically numbs my drive. “Fortunately” for me, I got relieved of the job in July 2024, although under scandalous circumstances involving missing products and inaccurate returns, basically “money been ‘loss’, and na in the millions”. I owned up, and took responsibility for everything sha, but I still couldn’t totally explain how it all happened. My godfather came through for me, got me out of the mess, but I didn’t get the job back though. And that was when the shege begun, July – November 2024 I saw shege pro max. December 2024, I stumbled upon a video on YouTube talking about a new method of publishing daily, and making sales the guy charged N7,000 then. That was how I took my digital publishing biz serious o, because there was no salary coming from anywhere again o. So between January – March 2025 I was indoors executing like mad. Did I see results, yes I saw mad results. Today, I’m doing x8 of my previous salary per month, and it’s surreal. Omo, in hindsight the information he shared is worth more than N300k and I am not capping. I’m planning on scaling it to N2m per month, and we keep going up from there so help me God.
