I am so skinny, but somehow i managed to gain small weight April to July. Mind you i went to extremely skinny to very skinny, ever since then i haven’t been gaining weight and it’s the same food that I ate then I am still eating now, and i think being skinny is not making me get to positions that i want because no one wants to work with a skinny person, i think that’s why i have no relationship. I’m tired, but i deadlifted 180 and i weigh 107🥲, i think I will result to using those weight gain products, so I can have small fat

I think, in addition to eating healthy foods, you also need lots of rest. If you only keep eating and eating, without getting adequate sleep, you won’t get the result you’re looking for.
