I still can’t believe my best friend is my stepmother. My mom died 17 years ago, and my dad age 45 never dated seriously. My parents married young at 19. My bff and I grew up together, from secondary school to polytechnic. When my dad started giving me gifts and more money, it was her influence. My brothers knew they were dating, but never told me until she told me, I felt like I wanted to vomit. I hit her. Got even angrier as she insisted she loves my dad. She even arranged for my brothers to study abroad and funded my business through my dad, my brothers asked me to accept it. I did. They wedded traditionally.
