My friend and I have been working so hard for too long and I recently just saved up and got a small car after being very stingy with my money for a while. I told him to do the-same and everybody around him will be fine, that’s the only way he can save or else people will keep coming for hand out. He recently just lost his mom and he said one time she called him to send money but he asked her to call his siblings abroad as he is saving up for his rent. He feels guilty for not sending and I feel guilty for advising him.
