My shop’s landlord sold the shop and the new person wanted to started using his shop ASAP. This is just 3 months after I renewed my rent. I had less than a week to leave the shop. The new spaces I see are like 150% of my current rent. An old “friend” called me randomly and asked to borrow money from me. I told him politely that I’m also in the middle of something so I won’t be able to help. A mutual friend called and asked what I did to so and so, that he called her and said unpleasant stuff about me. She was surprised when I explained what happened to her. She gave me the remaining money to rent a new space. I blocked him everywhere. I’m female and I’ve never collected/ borrow 5kobo from him before.
