A friend referred me to her friend for a product I needed. The vendor (friends friend) messed up the design, caused delays, and became rude and unprofessional, I was not even rude to her in any way. The babe could not even apologize for ghosting, botched my design and making me pay extra for delivery. I had made 60% down payment, Then vendor started harrasing me, saying if I don’t make balance payment she would not deliver, even when she had not even finished the design. I informed my friend and shared proof, but it was obvious she didn’t read the chat, she showed little concern and went silent. I’m not upset about the referral itself, but her lack of support really hurt, especially knowing how important this was to me. It’s even good to know I was the one doing friendship.
