Last year a friend reached out to borrow money from me, he promised to return it two weeks later. I sent him the money, I had the intention of even dashing him but I didn’t tell him that. I stopped hearing from him the moment he received money. Today, I just saw his message a casual “pls drop your account, I will refund you before Sunday” No apologies, no “thanks for helping me out that time” Nothing! I didn’t even ask him for the money or tell anyone I gave him the money. I just felt disrespected with his casualty.
