The disgust I feel towards my ex is so much that I wonder how we even stayed together for 3/4 years. Choice in partners afterwards really made my skin crawl, no value, no purpose and low self esteem, always looking for where to chill and run away from responsibilities. A part of me really questions my IQ for even thinking of settling down with this person at some point.
