My boyfriend set his WhatsApp messages to disappear after 24hours long before we started dating. At first I really didn’t have a problem with it until recently, I’ve been telling him that I don’t like it and he should do something about it. Weeks ago this guy told a girl that I was his cousin just because I unintentionally referred to him as “someone” when I asked to see the chat he told me that it had already disappeared which really pissed me off, now I told him to turn it off he said it’s not possible that it has been like that on his phone even before we started dating. This led me to turn mine on as well now he’s pissed saying he’s not sure he’ll be able to trust me anymore. I don’t know if I did the right thing or not🤷🏽‍♀️
