I’ve been in a long-distance relationship, but since the beginning of this year, my boyfriend has been distant, saying he’s going through a lot with work and life. If I call, he won’t pick up or return my calls. If I bring it up, he gets defensive and fights me, so I decided to give him space. Even when I text, he responds coldly, telling me to just drop my message if it’s important. I stopped reaching out, and even on Valentine’s Day, nothing changed. At this point, I truly believe he has moved on or found someone else. The painful part is I’ve been nothing but loyal, never once cheated or even considered it. We’ve been together for two years now, and I don’t know what to do because, despite everything, I still love him.
