Finding a house in Abuja nearly drained me. I finally got a 1-bedroom for #2.3m, but the problems are endless. The landlord is deceitful & frustrating. I’ve considered leaving my remaining six-month rent, but it’s not financially wise. Six months feels like forever, though. I regret not pulling out when issues first arose—was I naïve or just avoiding the stress of house hunting again. Either way, I hate it here & Abuja is nonsense filled with cut-throats.
