I met this girl when we were in the university, she was in a very toxic relationship. She was abused in every way possible. As of the time I got to know her in 300L, she already had 3 abortions for this guy. I and our other friends convinced her to leave. She eventually reconciled with the guy and downloaded everything we were telling her to him. She even had recordings of all our advice to leave him. The guy threatened to kill us if we ever meddle again. She felt no remorse, instead, she mocked us for not being in a relationship. We disassociated ourselves from her since then. She is currently in the hospital battling for her life after a miscarriage as a result of physical assault from the same guy. I am not going to see her in the hospital, call me heartless but I really love my life. I can’t throw it away because of someone who has refused to have sense. God help her, but will she learn. I guess not.
