I’ve been seeing videos of what the signs of ADHD and overthinking are, my problem now is that all the signs they list has been happening to me for years now, I don’t want any mental disorders o 😭😭 and then I saw another one that said “randomly making scenarios in your head and actually getting scared when something bad happens in the fake scenarios or getting happy when something good happens in it is also a mental disorder”. I don’t want any of these things Ya’Allah 😭😭
