A lot of Nigerian recruiters are not okay. I get that there are no jobs so most of them just landed in HR because of desperation, but try and do research for the role you’re hiring before posting. Later you will say Nigeria has no talent. Why should I apply when I can clearly see that you don’t even know what you’re hiring for
